Frozen Santa Barbara Uni (For Sauce)

Santa Barbara Uni has an extremely sweet flavor with large tongues. Supply is hard to come by. When we have access in peak season we apply our super freezing technology to lock in that flavor. Though, no longer suitable for use as fresh uni, this super frozen uni makes a great addition to any pasta dish or for adding an oceanic flavor to your favorite dish.
